FoodAlgae working group organized a networking initiative called “What’s On The Menu Today?”, on December 19th, for its GreenCoLab members.
This internal event began with an Algae-burger Tasting Session, where different prototypes of algae burgers were subjected to acceptability tests, and it was later followed by a dinner experience with a specially prepared algae-based food menu composed of:
