On November 16th, the Agência Nacional de Inovação (ANI) organized an annual gathering to celebrate its 30 years of existence at the Pavilhão do Conhecimento, in Lisbon, themed “Innovation and Technological Valorization towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)”.
This major event brought together members and partners from all across the National Scientific and Technological System, including the CoLAbs, CTIs, and TTOs, aiming to promote and discuss the importance of these organizations in society and how these entities can continue to contribute to the resolution of problems and challenges, through innovation and knowledge.
During the “CoLAB Annual Meeting” sub-event, Prof. Adelino Canário, President of the Board of GCL and Director of CCMAR, took part in the “CoLAB Annual Report 2023 & Outlook”, focused on reflecting on the state of national Research and Technology and the success of innovation models such as COLABs.
Also, throughout the event, GreenCoLab was honored to be mentioned as a “Co-creation case Study”, during the intervention of Jerry Sheehan (Director for Science, Technology, and Innovation, OECD). His mention sustains GreenCoLab’s ongoing mission and highlights the meaningful interactions it establishes with the different groups of stakeholders, in particular citizen engagement actions.
